Job description:Achieving Sales, Order Intake and Profitability Targets for the HDC Product LineLead and coordination of the HDC focus sales team in the South America (SA) region with focus on OEM business and strategic accounts.Implementing the sales strategy, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving defined sales targets. Identifying new market opportunities for existing and new products within the HDC portfolio and provide valuable input to our HDC product management team.Supporting the HDC focus sales team in SA in the areas of technical guidance, proper selection of sales approaches, and operational interaction with our plants and support functions.Knowledge in the field of industrial drive technology is required / Basic understanding of belt conveyors is an advantage. Derive promising sales approaches from this and help shape global training approaches.Responsibility for the planning accuracy and reliability for the customers assigned to your team dynamic maintenance of the relevant projects in Sales Force is essential for this purpose.Establishment of strategic partnerships within industrial drive technology.Taking care for a list of specific HDC customers aligned with line manager.Job requires 30-40% travel throughout SA, but primarily Brazil, Chile, and Peru.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Proven experience in implementing and controlling a sales strategy in the Mining Market.10 years in leading sales role.Experience in Mechanical Drive Technology is desired, not excluding.Strong leadership skill to lead experienced Sales professionals.Fluent English is a prerequisite, excluding. Strategic sales personality, with negotiation skills and problem-solving competence. distinguish you.Willingness to travel Nationally and Internationally (30-40%)Result DrivenStrong communication skills, good networking skills as well high level of commitment and accountabilityLocation: Sao Paulo or Minas Gerais
