Job Description
Day to day, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Effectively handle guest complaintsAssist with rostering, taking into consideration forecast, wage cost, staff requests etc.Ensure staffing levels are adequate for the next service period, making adjustments to the roster where necessaryEnsure there is enough mis en place for serviceEnsure beverage cost is maintained to budgetReport any shortages in equipment to the managerConduct staff training including induction, product knowledge etc.Counsel staff if not performing to the Outlet's standardsAttend and actively participate in necessary meetingsBe able to take charge of the outlet/area in the absence of the ManagerDaily stock orderingFlexibility to work in all F&B areas Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Previous experience with senior responsibilities in Food & Beverage Service.Strong leadership skillsEffective time management, communication and problem solving skillsFlexible to work early or late shifts, weekends and public holidays.Capacity to work well under pressure.Bar background additional advantageStrong Multi-Tasking skillsProven ability to work fast in fast-paced settings.
