Job Summary: Manage customs operation, import/export, on-time delivery activities and procedures to ensure compliance, customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do: Perform import and export declarations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.Parameterize systems related to foreign trade to optimize processes.Deal with intervening agencies, such as the Federal Revenue Service, MAPA, and others, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.Establish and maintain relationships with ship owners, ports, and airports, facilitating transportation logistics.Assist the transportation team in the logistics of cargo to the factory, ensuring process efficiency.Coordinate activities with customs brokers and other agencies, ensuring smooth operations.Know the legislation of special regimes and apply this knowledge daily.What You Have - Skills and Experiences: Negotiating and Effective Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.Accuracy, Attention to Detail and Problem Solving: Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex activities.Import/Export and Transportation - MFG: Knowledge in foreign trade systems and management tools.
