RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in the preparation of the annual budget, monthly forecasts and strategic plans; Perform detailed financial analyzes to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement; Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic and operational decisions; Collaborate with other teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data; Prepare reports and executive presentations that communicate analyzes and recommendations clearly and effectively; Monitor financial performance in relation to established goals and objectives, identifying deviations and proposing corrective measures when necessary; Contribute to the optimization of processes and procedures related to financial planning and analysis; AND FOR THIS YOU NEED: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or related field; Strong experience in financial analysis roles, preferably with specific experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A); Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles, advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools; Proven ability to perform complex financial analysis and interpret data to extract meaningful insights; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues from different areas and hierarchical levels; Results-oriented mentality, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver with precision even under pressure; Ability to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to deal with multiple priorities simultaneously; English mandatory; Knowledge of payments/acquiring business and financial products is desirable.
