Implements key financial processes, standard reports, and methodologies. Supports integration of the business, including rituals and routines, business cycle, and financial statements (mainly P&L). Acts as the go-to Finance person for newly acquired businesses, ensuring full visibility of key levers behind actuals and forecasts, reconciling those with assumptions from the acquisition business case, and partnering with the PMI team to prioritize and drive traction on synergy initiatives and impairment tests as needed with Controllership. In addition to usual financial planning routines, helps develop cash flow management in the area, supporting treasury and leadership for better decision-making. Follows the business cycle for cash aligned with FP&A, focusing not just on forecasting and planning, but also on projects and action plans to improve cash conversion.
