Implements key financial processes, standard reports, and methodologies. Supports the integration of the business, including rituals and routines, business cycle, and financial statements (mainly P&L).Acts as the go-to Finance person for newly acquired businesses, having full visibility of key levers behind actuals and forecasts, reconciling those with assumptions from the acquisition business case, partnering with the PMI team to prioritize and drive traction on synergy initiatives, and conducting impairment tests as needed with Controllership.In addition to the usual financial planning routines, helps develop cash flow management in the area, supporting treasury and leadership to make better decisions.
