Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a **FP&A LATAM Jr. Analyst (Fixed-Term - 12 months), located in São Paulo **.
This position will be responsible for providing FP&A support for LATAM in the Pharmaceuticals segment, acting as a key player in Financial Planning and Reporting activities. Understanding FP&A process and interactions, as well as main tools and systems are essential enablers for this position. Provides accounting support to department, business and management on planning, budgeting and forecasting, reconciliations, free cash flow, consolidations and valuations. Responsible for preparing income and balance sheet statements, consolidate statements and other accounting statements and reports.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide FP&A finance support related to Free Cash Flow, expenses control, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
- Partner directly with the FP&A local team to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
- Work on LATAM projects and initiatives that impact the entire region.
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business executives and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
