Who we are looking for:VML seeks an enthusiastic, critical-thinking, and problem-solving FP&A Semi Senior to work on one of VML's most prestigious accounts, responsible for conducting financial planning for a company/business unit, analyzing variances, profitability, and reporting in a consolidated system.
What you'll do:Prepare and consolidate budgets with other departments.Report on and analyze monthly revenue and expenses.Prepare reports, analyze, and propose improvements to customers' marginal contribution.Proactively interact with other departments to align strategies and business expectations.Develop quotes for clients, contributing to the business's financial decision-making.Meet Internal Control requirements/obligations.Assist in consolidating company results and generate business management reports.Who you are:A builder | Innate ability to marshal people and create gravity around ideas.Open and collaborative | Our team is close-knit and supportive and we're working with a lot of unknowns – you must champion team environments that are comfortable and encouraging.Detail Oriented | Sharp attention to detail and a drive for perfection.What you'll need:Educational Background: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields (graduated or close to graduation).Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.Reporting and analytic tools: Advanced level of Excel is a must.Idioms: Intermediate or advanced level of English is a plus.Other tools: SAP BFC, Power BI, Advertmind is a plus.Soft Skills: Proficiency in conversation, negotiation, and proactivity.At VML, we are committed to fostering an all-inclusive work environment that is both rewarding and career-forward.
