Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: São Paulo, Brazil Job Type: HybridJob level: HThe Marketing Manager will be part of our South Latin Consumer Fragrances Marketing Team, based in Brazil, with a mission to help develop the strategy and promotional executions for the next generation fragrances innovations in Regional Consumer Brands at dsm-firmenich.The ideal candidate will display a balance between strategic and creative Marketing functions, having the ability to translate technical and scientific innovations into clear and easily understood concepts that will inspire internal stakeholders and external customers to identify and cover consumer relevant benefits.Your key Responsibilities:Serve as a marketing innovation expert. Provide marketing expertise for categories and clients across our Perfumery division.Present with confidence and excellence to high-level clients, quickly adapting materials to meet the needs of different customers.Utilize internal and external data sources to lead innovation marketing strategy and develop market overviews, category analysis, and trend analysis. Monitor data and propose optimization strategies based on performance.Develop strategic creative concepts, presentations, and go-to-market strategies for internal and external clients. Manage launch calendars and timelines for deliverables.Work with clients to enhance consumer understanding of fragrance innovations, the creative process, and trends.
