We have set up operations in China and Japan too.Job Description:As a Frappe ERPNext Developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing ERPNext applications to meet our Internal Stakeholders' specific needs.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including consultants and Internal Stakeholders, to create robust and efficient ERP solutions.Key Responsibilities:Customization and Development: Design, develop, and implement customized ERPNext solutions, including custom modules, features, and enhancements.Technical Analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with ERPNext best practices.Integration: Integrate ERPNext with other systems and third-party applications as needed to streamline data flow and optimize business processes.Code Review: Review and optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability, adhering to coding standards and best practices.Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure the stability and reliability of ERP solutions.Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation, including code documentation, technical specifications, and deployment instructions.Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely manner.Upgrades and Maintenance: Stay current with ERPNext updates and version releases, ensuring smooth upgrades and ongoing system maintenance.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to deliver successful ERP implementations.Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and ERPNext advancements to suggest improvements and optimizations.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Frappe ERPNext Developer or in a similar role.Strong proficiency in Frappe framework and ERPNext development.Experience with database design and SQL.Solid understanding of ERPNext modules, including finance, inventory, and HR.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.ERPNext certification is preferred.How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume along with details of their relevant experience for this position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
