The Screening Management Associate Analyst is an integral part of the Screening Management Team, responsible for analysing the productivity of Screening Management Reviewers performance and maintaining and supporting the tools and rules created for Screening Management. The analyst is also an important role in working with merchants and the Manage Risk Services team and other teams to ensure our merchants are getting the quality of review and the types of review they expect.
This role is key to executing the Screening Management team business strategy in all regions, enhance merchant experience by systematically ensuring merchant processes are followed and helping to cut costs and increase productivity through automation.
Principle Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Project manage operational changes on demand
- Ability to work autonomously
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of industry best practice and emerging trends and technologies within payment risk management.
- Exposure to and understanding of varying merchant environments.
- Using Excel, create fraud rules our tools.
- Analyse the productivity of Screening Management reviewers and support in the building of automated tools and reporting.
- Be proactive in analyzing and working with internal teams and external merchants to ensure the needs of the merchants (review rate, false positives, help in assisting MRA with DM rules, etc.)
- Be proactive in seeing and understanding the needs of team and reviewers and develop methods to help.
- Use project management skills to prioritize work
Travel Requirements:
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
**Qualifications**
Required Experience:
- Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision
- Strong knowledge of Excel and reporting skills
- Organization and time management skills ability to work under pressure with autonomy
- Ability to work well in a team environment, explaining complex processes to other team members in a simple and easy to understand manner
- Excellent relationship manager
- able to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, ever changing work environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to articulate concepts and ideas to a broader audience, sometimes on a global level.
- English (mandatory) and Spanish (extremely recommended)
Preferred Experience:
- Expert in online fraud.
- Experience in manual fraud review
- Knowledge of programming languages, specifically Python, JavaScript and Auto Hotkeys.
- Experience in office process optimization and automation
- Help Desk or Tech Support experience
