Freelance Backend Ui/Ux Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Freelance Backend UI/UX Designer to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and efficient interfaces for complex systems. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing design solutions that optimize the usability, functionality, and overall experience of our backend product for one of our clients. Responsibilities: Collaborate remotely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, gather requirements, and define design objectives. Conduct remote user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behaviors, pain points, and preferences. Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts. Develop detailed design specifications, including information architecture, interaction flows, and visual design guidelines. Work closely with engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy. Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results. Advocate for the user throughout the development process. Maintain consistency with the overall brand identity and design system. Qualifications: Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing backend product design expertise. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Fluency in English (both spoken and written). Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
