Our client, a fast growing company operating in the digital marketing sector for the iGaming industry, is seeking to recruit a French Speaking Customer Service Agent to join their team in Malta or Cyprus.ResponsibilitiesHelping internal and external customers.Contacting other departments when there is an issue to be solved.Keeping customer request queues as low as possible.Customer research (bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting slips, documents, bet calculations).Handling customer request queues assigned accordingly to workload.Having a high knowledge of products offered by the company.Attending team meetings and activities.Taking over in the absence of the team leader.RequirementsGraduation of high school or post-secondary school.1+ years of experience in CS or similar position with online exposure.Skills - strong communication skills; knowledge of Internet related software.Bilingual or native level of French, both written and spoken.Good level of English.
