We are looking for talented and highly-motivated individuals who demonstrate a natural desire to support the meaningful work of community oncologists and the patients we serve.Job Description:The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients and answering telephone calls for the Los Angeles Cancer Network.
This role will also provide office support for the front office area.ResponsibilitiesGreet and direct patients and visitorsGate KeepingCollect co-payments and deductibles.
Reconcile daily cash reportSchedule and update patient appointments, blood transfusions, and diagnostic tests in accordance with established protocolAnswer telephone and respond to inquiries, direct caller to appropriate personnel or initiate a triage message for response by medical personnel.
