The 25hours Hotel Zürich West is the first 25hours Hotel in Switzerland and was designed by the well-known designer Alfredo Häberli. It offers 123 rooms, exciting conference facilities and plenty of space for stories and adventures. In the RIBELLI restaurant, everything revolves around genuine Italian cuisine: from pizza and oven dishes to wine and Italian craft beer. In typical 25hours style, the service is informal and personal. We are a young team and love our "you" culture mixed with good manners.

Job Description
How does your working day look like... You do the operational planning, manage the entire front office team and support your colleagues in their development.You are an empathetic host and support your colleagues with an infectious smile when all guests arrive at the same time for check-in.You ensure correct billing and clean administrative processes.You also stay on top of things when plans change spontaneously.Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV... You have completed training in the hotel industry, have already gained management experience in the Rooms Division and speak fluent German and English. Other languages are an advantage.You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests. You also know your way around the city and always have a few tips on the scene up your sleeve.You are a doer - and openly admit when you have done something wrong.You are no stranger to quality and attention to detail.You not only bring your skills to the table, but also your character.You live in Switzerland.Additional Information
