Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user engagement. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistency across different devices and screen sizes. Debug and troubleshoot issues across browsers, devices, and platforms. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development to continuously improve processes and code quality. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer , Web Developer , or in a similar role with a focus on building web-based user interfaces. Strong proficiency in frontend development languages and frameworks. Deep understanding of web standards, performance optimization, and responsive design. Experience with version control systems and collaboration tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to debug and optimize frontend code. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with backend integration and working with APIs to deliver dynamic content. Experience with testing frameworks to ensure code quality and performance. Knowledge of design systems and how to implement them in large-scale applications. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
