We are seeking an experienced Javascript Developer with a strong background in Chrome Extension development and React to help us build and maintain high-quality browser extensions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for creating user-friendly interfaces, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Please apply in English.Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Chrome extensions that integrate seamlessly with our web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript and React.
Debug and resolve issues related to browser compatibility and performance.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in browser extension development.
Optimize existing extensions for performance and scalability.
Participate in agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements:
Proven experience in developing Chrome extensions.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React.
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
Knowledge of browser APIs and WebExtensions API.
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Must be able to communicate in English fluently, both spoken and written.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced startup environment.
Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio.Pay Range
R$5,000-15,000 per month, depending on education, experience, work history, and current compensation level
