As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruiting process, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring exceptional employees.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidatesSource potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networksScreen and review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidatesConduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the positionCoordinate and facilitate the interview process with hiring managersConduct reference checks and background screeningsNegotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hiresEnsure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to hiring and employmentBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and proactively identify future hiring needsQualifications:Proven experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter or similar roleExperience working with candidates in the Healthcare IndustryDeep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment processExperience with various sourcing techniques and toolsStrong interviewing and evaluation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasksExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Knowledge of employment laws and regulationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferredAdditional Information:100% RemoteTraining & DevelopmentWork From Home
