Full-Stack Developer (Python)

We have built an impressive roster of digital-native enterprise clients including some of the biggest brands in retail and social media.We are looking for a Full-stack Developer to join our growing team.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and deploy new backend services that support features for web.Write clean, maintainable, and performant code based on industry best practices and team conventions.Build robust, high-quality REST API endpoints, backend components and GraphQL schema to support feature development.Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality.Actively engage in code reviews by providing and receiving constructive feedback.Mandatory requirements:3+ years of supporting backend/full stack experience.2+ years of experience as a web engineer.Strong experience with Python.Strong experience with API development.Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).Experience with Go.Expertise with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and unit testing frameworks.Experience with NextJS.Experience with GraphQL (client- and server-side).Experience with design systems and UI/UX best practices.Experience with leading technical projects (scoping and breaking down work, leading and assisting other engineers, coordinating test plans with QA) a plus.Ability to work independently, proactively communicate progress & blockers, and iterate work as needed.Optional requirements:As secondary requirement: Expertise in React, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.Node.js experience.Experience with leading technical projects (scoping and breaking down work, leading and assisting other engineers, coordinating test plans with QA) a plus.
