You should feel comfortable working with the team to understand business priorities and how technical requirements and time tables may affect the product roadmap.
Requirements: At least upper-intermediate english ( important ); +5 years of experience in software development; +5 years of experience with Ruby / Ruby on Rails ; +5 years of experience with JavaScript / React ; Experience with AWS environment.
Responsibilities: Build dashboards using Ruby on Rails and React; Develop and iterate backend algorithms with Ruby on Rails; Work with our CTO to ensure backend data translates to functional dashboards; Work with our designer to ensure design compliance with Figma dashboards; Iterate and optimize our Product Admin to allow for more flexibility and speed; Build and connect APIs between the system and external codebases; Iterate and improve the mobile app on both the front and backend; Find and fix bugs within the entire codebase, as needed; Build unit tests (as time permits); Clean and maintain the codebase with proper commenting procedure; Build admin tools to improve analysis and sales processes; 3rd party system integrations to improve and optimize processes, like marketing automation software and payment automation; Comfortable communicating with non-technical cofounders about product roadmap priorities; Built front-end applications with React; Ability to work with others.
