Our exceptional clinicians also work closely with the 60+ members of the Atria Academy of Science & Medicine, top experts in their respective fields who are available for rapid consults, support, and referrals.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full Stack Engineer with a strong frontend background to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies like React, Vue, or Angular, and backend expertise in NodeJS, Prisma, and MySQL. You should also be comfortable working with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform. This role is integral to developing our cutting-edge healthcare solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and user-friendly.Key Responsibilities Frontend Development: Design and implement intuitive and high-performance user interfaces using React, Vue, or Angular. Create responsive, accessible, and visually appealing applications. Backend Development: Develop and maintain server-side applications with NodeJS. Implement APIs and integrate with databases using Prisma and MySQL. Full Stack Integration: Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components. Optimize performance and maintain high code quality across the stack. Infrastructure Management: Utilize Terraform and related tools to manage and automate infrastructure deployments. Contribute to infrastructure improvements and scaling strategies. Testing: Develop and implement comprehensive testing and QA strategies to ensure high-quality, reliable code across both front-end and back-end systems, including writing and executing unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features and enhancements. Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and team meetings. Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Propose and implement new approaches to enhance application performance, security, and usability. Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role, with a strong emphasis on frontend development. Frontend Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in React, Vue, or Angular. Ability to create high-quality, responsive web applications. Backend Skills: Solid experience with NodeJS, Prisma, and MySQL. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Infrastructure Knowledge: Experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools. Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges with innovative solutions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Healthcare Knowledge: Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required. English Fluency: The majority of our business operations and communication are conducted in English (written and verbal)
