Full Stack Engineer - Mern

Full Stack Engineers (SRE + Architect Focus)Overview: We are actively seeking Full Stack Engineers who are comfortable with System Architecture who also have a specialization in Site Reliability Architect Engineering (SRE) to enhance our team. This role offers the chance to engage with complex DevOps solutions across a range of SaaS products, focusing on sophisticated infrastructure challenges to improve scalability, deployment speed, and customer satisfaction. The role would also include triaging problems with the application and implementing fixes along side the DevOps team.Role Requirements:Deep dive into client systems to address and resolve issues, including those at the application layer.Become a proficient expert in client systems, adept at absorbing new information and applying industry best practices in DevOps.Design system architecture and effectively triage, debug, and resolve production issues.Evaluate and Advise on System Architecture: ability to assess the current system architecture and provide expert guidance on enhancements to optimize feature delivery.Ability to lead and drive problem resolution from triage to implementation phase.Technical Skills:Experience developing on the MERN (Mongo , Express.JS, React.JS and Node.JS)Experience or strong interest in working with technologies such as Mongo, EKS, terraform, Atlas, Prometheus and Grafana. Loki experience a plusParticipation in projects aimed at deploying Kubernetes, optimizing system performance in both non-production and production environments to ensure scalability and reliability.Ability to engage with modern logging and monitoring technologies as part of our cloud-native project initiatives.Candidate Profile:Solid grounding in DevOps/SRE principles, with proficiency in at least one or two mentioned technologies.Continuous commitment to learning and professional development.Experience as Full Stack Engineer using the MERN StackWorking Environment:We operate under a Results-Only Work Environment (ROWE), prioritizing outcomes over hours spent.Flexible work arrangements with coordination required to maintain alignment across global time zones.Application Process: We are looking to fill these positions promptly to meet our expanding needs.
