We are looking for a talented Fullstack Engineer to join our team in a hybrid role based in São Paulo, Porto Alegre, or Belo Horizonte. As a Python Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance backend services using Python and FastAPI. You will work on cutting-edge projects, building scalable solutions, and integrating with modern technologies like LangChain and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Responsibilities:Designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications using Python and React.js.Proactively reduce technical debts.Guiding and motivating others towards achieving shared objectives, including delegating tasks, providing guidance and support, and fostering a positive work environment.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define project requirements and deliverables.Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization techniques.Identifying and resolving technical issues and bugs in a timely manner to ensure smooth project execution.Participating in the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, estimation, and testing.English advanced skills.Experience acting as the technical lead on at least two cross-team projects.Familiarity with frontend build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn).Strong sense of ownership.Proficiency in writing efficient and secure RESTful APIs and integrating with databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL).Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).Experience with collaborative development workflows (e.g., Agile, Scrum).Experience with state management library Redux.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Experience with test runners Jest, Mocha, Chai, and Sinon.Track record of delivering large projects successfully to production.Experience with event-driven architecture-based solutions.Experience with containerization using Docker.Experience with Continuous Integration/Delivery pipelines.
