Key Responsibilities: Leads the identification and documentation of customer's NetSuite value gaps leveraging our proprietary SuiteReview methodologyLeads driving the approach to remediate gaps, and consensus with the CustomerWork with customers to remediate highest priority gapsArchitect solutions for complex business requirements, which may include configuration and/or integration and/or technical components, in partnership with our dedicated Technical Services (TS) teamDefine detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to NetSuiteWork with TS team to design and unit test automations and integrationsPerform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team membersContinue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certificationsCollaboration with other ACS teams, including TS, Point-of-sale (POS), Commerce, OpenAir, and Premier and/or Platinum SupportFollow essential internal business processes aligned toward delighting our CustomersRequired Qualifications: 3+ years of overall relevant domain experience in one or more of these NetSuite's vertical markets (Manufacturing, Warehouse Distribution, Retail, Consumer Products)Proven ability to define and document requirements for complex customizations and integrations within ERP systems, with a specific focus on Manufacturing, Distribution or Retail industries.Track record of developing and implementing customized solutions that address the unique challenges and opportunities with a specific focus on Manufacturing, Distribution or Retail industries.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and understandably to non-technical stakeholders, especially in Distribution, Retail, and Manufacturing contexts.Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.Advanced degrees or relevant certifications will be considered a plus.Preferred Qualifications: Expert NetSuite ERP Financials functional solution implementation, consulting and/or administration experience - though competing ERP offerings may be considered.2+ years of external consulting role experience with sustained C-suite interactions OR similar internal project experience in both leadership and executionPrevious experience working with ERP or CRM platforms such as Oracle Fusion, HCM, Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.Accounting and/or Controlling professional experience a plusNetSuite ERP Consultant or other relevant certifications a plus (e.g., NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation).Career Level - IC3
