Our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team is looking for a Functional Lead:

- Act as a coach to the reps in both day to day activities and career development.
- Use data to identify team and individual performance gaps.
- Lead by example.
- Take full ownership of team performance.
- Operate effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear.
- Step up to address difficult issues, saying what needs to be said.
- Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with the Client's goals.
- Hold self and others accountable to meet commitments.
- Consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances.
**_Requirements_**
- 4 or more years of experience in direct selling, preferably in online marketing and 4 or more years of people management experience.
- Proven success in sales attainment in a quota-driven, high demand environment
- Proven success leading others to help them achieve sales quotas.
- Proven track record of executing tasks on time and successfully.
- Highly motivated by the success of others.
- Ability to learn quickly and maintain current, comprehensive knowledge of the Client's products and services
- Very strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google's g suite and Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including outstanding telephone presence
- Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology
- Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing
- Team player / collaborative operating style
- Fluent in English
