Characterized by its constant search for excellence in healthcare, the hospital segment's vision is to become a reference complex in southern Brazil. In a context of transformation and expansion, we are looking for a new General Director who can lead this journey of growth and innovation.
As General Director, your main challenge will be to implement the organizational strategy, managing financial and operational aspects. Its mission will include strengthening relationships with government and private entities, in addition to ensuring the quality and resolution of the services provided, directly impacting patient experience and team engagement.
Main responsibilities:


Define with the Council the growth and innovation strategy of the hospital complex;


Ensure the quality of services provided, promoting standards of excellence and humanization;


Monitor key financial indicators, such as revenue, profit margin, operating costs and return on investment (ROI);


Foster strategic partnerships with research institutions, fostering innovative practices;


Manage relationships with government bodies and private entities, promoting cooperation and project viability;


Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, stimulating an environment of collaboration and commitment;


Monitor and analyze hospital performance indicators, implementing corrective actions when necessary;


Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, engaging the team in initiatives that aim to improve healthcare.


Requirements:


Previous experience in a leadership position in healthcare institutions, preferably as General Director;


Solid knowledge in hospital management and health policies;


Proven ability to interact with government agencies and private entities;


Availability to live in Caxias do Sul, RS.
