The General Manager Brazil will be responsible for the P&L Management of Data Center and Servers division.
The incumbent will be responsible for the growth of this division, leading the sales team, inventory, cost reduction, operational efficiency, having strong interface with manufacturing and supply chain.
The responsibility includes the interface with products definition, pricing, tax, in order to assure that the P&L results are maximized.
- Location: São Paulo, SP - Report: Will report directly to the General Manager Data Center and Servers Latin America and will manage a team of 20 employees from Sales, Pre-Sales.
- Key Goals: - Substantially increase the business in Brazil.
- Participate of the business strategy, interacting and influencing others to make improvements in the business development, pricing, product, sales objectives and profitability.
Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for overall growth of company's Brazilian market development strategies.
Research, define & recommend overall "go to market" strategy.
Lead sales to ensure profitable business growth to the Brazilian market.
Assist in the resolution of market access and customer issues as necessary.
Develop a strategy for the business and the company in Brazil.
Be accountable for P&L and reporting of the business in Brazil (outsourced).
Responsible for product mix and pricing in Brazil.
Improve the relationship with partners.
Technical Competencies Background in Data Center industry.
Bachelor's degree in any field, with preference for Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
MBA or graduate studies are desirable.
Fluent in English, Spanish is desirable Good understanding of how Brazilian companies operate (Processes, Compliance, Standards, Culture) at every level - HR, Finance, Taxes, Sales and Marketing.
Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement a product strategy.
