General Project Manager

Job Title: General Project Manager Job Description: The GPM (General Project Manager) is responsible for the overall management of the projects, including liaising with customers, coordinating and supervising team members, and overseeing project implementation (strategy, progress, cost, quality performance, etc.). Focus on customer relationship development & maintenance, building strong relationships, by co-working with account managers. Focus on customer demand for technology and service, balance the solution; Meeting and reporting to customers periodically (Weekly/Monthly) on project progress. Making strategic decisions for projects, and leading the internal teams to accomplish: Monitoring project progress, and reviewing technical solutions and service solutions. Overseeing finance and ensuring project quality. Managing risks to prevent potential customer complaints, delivery delays, cost increases, or reputation damage: Be familiar with the annual plan related to project delivery from the Engineering & Service Department and follow up on detailed tasks to achieve the target. Qualification Bachelor's degree and above, major in telecommunication, electronics, or computer science: 5+ years of technical experience in telecommunication fields, Bearer Network or Wireless Network project management experience would be preferred. Professional knowledge in telecommunication networks (mainly bear network or wireless network), able to communicate with customer CTO/Technical Director detailed technology: Responsible and proactive, excellent communication skills, and good team player Willing to accept and conquer new challenges, and awareness to search for new business chances. Flexible & resilient mindset to create effective strategy and digest stress, Proficient in English, used as a working language. Experience in Chinese companies would be preferred: A verified good relationship with high-level management of Brazil Telecom Operators(Claro/Vivo/TM/Oi) would be preferred. Holder of PMP (or IPMP, or PRINCE2) certificate would be preferred.
