This position will be instrumental in the development of insights and analysis to guide action plans throughout the organization.Key Responsibilities:Data Strategy Development: Design and implement data analytics strategies that align with the company's overall objectives, ensuring the effective use of data to drive business decisions.Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, ensuring they have the skills and tools necessary to perform their roles effectively.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and other advanced analytical techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business growth and efficiency.Technology Integration: Stay updated with the latest analytics tools and technologies, and recommend or implement new solutions that can enhance the organization's data capabilities.Project Management: Lead analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the proper use, security, and privacy of data across the organization.Performance Measurement: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives.Qualifications:What We Are Looking For:Required:4 years of work experience, with expertise at Business Intelligence, Analytics & Insights, Market Research, Consulting or related experiences.Highly analytical and adaptive mindsets, with proven background as problem-solver.Advanced Excel knowledge.Familiarity with data preparation and visualization tools.Excellent presentation skills.English: advanced or fluent level.Preferred:Considerable knowledge of FMCG industry.Knowledge in SQL will be a plus.Knowledge in Python, R, or other data and programming related languages will be a plus.Knowledge of market research data will be a plus.Primary LocationKenvue is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
