Job Description

Minimum Requirements:
Highly advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese.
Graduate degree in Business Administration, with post-graduate degree desirable.
Proficiency in Japanese is also recommended.
Strong cost analysis skills and sensitivity to cost, as well as hospitality skills to support colleagues.
Availability for business trips within or outside of Brazil for durations ranging from one week to one month.
Experience in a variety of different business environments, working for a global company or a Japanese company.
Good understanding of different cultures, particularly Japanese culture, with the flexibility to handle various situations and options.
Leadership and teamwork skills aimed at achieving practical, logical solutions to issues and problems.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the office facility and IT equipment for the Sao Paulo office and other branch offices.
Ensure company rules are always updated and align with current activities.
Optimize management of all company car-related matters, including service provider contracts, maintenance, driving schedules, fuel costs, expenses, cost savings, and car replacement.
Properly control all fixed assets, including IT assets.
Visualize and track all expenses handled by this department, achieving significant cost reductions.
Identify and implement ways to improve the office environment, including layout changes.
Manage company housing contracts, payments, maintenance, and related matters.
Support the Department Head in enhancing efficiency and developing team members.
