Our client servicing team is seeking an energizing insight professional to manage a team through the execution of full-scale custom market research studies, where he will act as the liaison to senior management in Kantar to help clients identify and capture purpose-led growth opportunities. What You'll Be Doing Interact with key clients on a day-to-day basis, advising to proactively address needs, provide thought leadership and solve business problems that drive satisfaction; Craft compelling stories, translate data into insights that address key client business issues and are presented to the client in a straightforward way; Manage a team of mid-level researchers; train them and their team members on skill gaps and provide advisory support on client engagement and the creation and execution of client deliverables; Supervise and deliver against specific account revenue targets, as well as plan and forecast future revenue across client accounts. The Skills & Experience You'll Need We are looking for someone with a flair for building new and nurturing existing relationships with clients and partners. In Addition, You Will Need Academic degree in Economics, Marketing, Psychology, or Business Administration or any relevant degree; Proven experience (7+ years, 3 year at least in the same role) leading high volume quantitative research studies, partnering with clients to proactively deliver on agreed deliverables, including people management experience. Highly Desirable experience managing studies for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as familiarity with Nielsen and/or Kantar data.
