The "Gerente de Arquiteto Soluções - Inovação" will be at the forefront of the innovation strategy and will be responsible for designing cutting-edge innovation patterns and platforms that can be efficiently and securely scaled to unlock new business opportunities. In addition, this person will lead global squads for cutting-edge technology delivery while acting as the primary advisor for proofs-of-concept, proofs-of-value, and pilots. This role reports to the Technology Innovation Lead in the BT organization.Essential Functions:Design and develop innovative, scalable, efficient, and secure technical architecture and infrastructure for PoCs that address business challenges.Introduce, test, and evaluate full-stack, reusable architecture patterns for technologies like AI, Blockchain, Metaverse, AR/VR, IoT, and robotics, and introduce automation for quickly creating new instances and environments.Coordinate with other technical professionals – such as cloud engineers, security engineers, data engineers, and compliance officials – to ensure that all patterns adhere to Bunge's Enterprise Architecture principles.Routinely schedule and meet with critical external vendors and partners to stay on top of the latest technology trends and advancements and to understand best practices in the industry.Serve as an experience leader capable of guiding teams on complex technical issues and as a mentor for junior teams.Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences to inspire creativity and collaboration while fostering a culture of innovation within the organization.Establish business cases and incubate new technologies. Collaborate with the leadership team to determine which new technologies to integrate into strategic 2–3-year roadmaps.Identify and protect valuable intellectual property generated through research and development efforts through patent filings and licensing agreements to safeguard the organization's innovative ideas and developments.Establish and evaluate Objectives & Key Results and performance metrics for technology innovation initiatives and provide regular reports to stakeholders.Requirements:The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience architecting secure, scalable, and efficient innovative prototypes and production solutions in several of the following technologies:Artificial Intelligence (AI), including LLMs, Generative AI, machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.Blockchain technology, including distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, and consensus mechanisms.Cloud computing, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and software as a service (SaaS), and infrastructure as code (in particular Google Cloud Platform).Internet of Things (IoT), including sensors, actuators, and data analytics.5G networks and edge computing.Augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR).Robotics and automation.Cybersecurity, including encryption, authentication, and access control.Data science and analytics, including statistics, predictive modeling, and optimization.Design thinking and user experience (UX).Also, experience in a few of the following innovation activities is a plus:It would also be beneficial to understand IT governance structures and related topics.Bunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing, and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
