We are a Series C funded start-up backed by some of the marquee investors like Naver, Goodwater Capital, Lightspeed, Tanglin Venture Partners and others.Lead the show readiness and launch with data-tested low CPI (Cost-per-install), CAC (Cost per acquired customer)Lead a team of writer to create ~30 minute promotional asset scripts adapted to local contextCoordinate with production and live asset teams to convert scripts into animated/video ads.Deeply analyse multiple creative routes and produce 100s versions of promotional assets that are ready for testing on Meta, TikTok, Google and other platformsEducation: atleast Bachelor Degree (Media preferably)Experience: Minimum 8+ years of Creative director experience in Video films/ audiovisual productions. Alteast 2 years in Brazil.Language: English & Portugese - both are must to have. Spanish good to have (for Mexico hiring).
