Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the continued development of Danone's Compliance Program;Advise internal teams (including Commercial, Medical, Marketing, RH) on a broad array of compliance matters, including antibribery and anticorruption, interpretation of Danone's Code of Conduct and company policies, communications about Danone's products, interactions with the Healthcare System (including professionals, healthcare organizations, government entities, government officials, and patients);Conduct Compliance investigations, including management of any resulting action plans;Support the RH Team in investigations through training of investigators;Ensure new employees, current employees, and third-party agents are educated in the programs, specific policies and procedures, and the compliance and ethical requirements relevant to their job responsibilities for Brazil;Proactively identify industry practices and trends applicable to Compliance;Conduct risk assessments, and monitoring and auditing to ensure that compliance policies and procedures function as intended;Develop and implement comprehensive compliance training consistent with Danone Policies and applicable laws;Develop and implement comprehensive compliance communications for the business;Lead and maintain effective compliance communications with business partners to promote compliance awareness;Support and implement global projects;Support in the creation and update of presentations and training materials required in different forums related to Compliance;Provide guidance and support to all levels of employees on ethics and compliance issues.About YouGraduated in law;Experience in Compliance & Ethics matters;About DanoneAt Danone, we are dedicated to bringing health and nutrition to as many people as possible.
