Manage a team of at least 50 people distributed throughout the region, as well as managing people development and pipeline of strategic positions in the CDVs.
Implement effective controls over the activities carried out in the branches delivering the expected SOX and PI results.Your ImpactDevelopment and leadership of the Sales Field team Control of your managementReport the performance of your region weekly to the Brazil ManagerEnsure pipeline and development plan for team membersEnsure that each team member has the development and results plans aligned with the company's strategyManage the Controllership team, ensuring that they correctly execute internal controls and processesMonitoring the area's financial budgetEnsure that processes are carried out in accordance with PepsiCo's policies and procedures.
Implementing analyzes and controls that mitigate physical/financial risks and losses within the operation (internal and third parties)Ensure that all documents entering and leaving the branches comply with the Company's tax laws, policies, and internal procedures, as well as that the billing and transfers of products are properly framed in theseEnsure that all CDVs perform the billing demanded by sales, with integrity respecting tax, labor and internal controls legislationEnsure 100% efficiency in Cia's SOXs controls.
