What will you work on:
- Manage the activities of the Controllership area Regionally, ensuring controllership support to the warehouse and sales departments in order to execute the region's billing according to demand without failures, or interruptions in the operation, ensuring internal controls, tax legislation and internal policies.
- Manage a team of at least 50 people distributed throughout the region, as well as managing people development and pipeline of strategic positions in the CDVs.
Implement effective controls over the activities carried out in the branches delivering the expected SOX and PI results.
- Development and leadership of the Sales Field team Control of your management
- Report the performance of your region weekly to the Brazil Manager
- Ensure pipeline and development plan for team members
- Ensure that each team member has the development and results plans aligned with the company's strategy
- Manage the Controllership team, ensuring that they correctly execute internal controls and processes
- Monitoring the area's financial budget
- Ensure that processes are carried out in accordance with PepsiCO's policies and procedures.
Implementing analyzes and controls that mitigate physical/financial risks and losses within the operation (internal and third parties)
- Ensure that all documents entering and leaving the branches comply with the Company's tax laws, policies and internal procedures, as well as that the billing and transfers of products are properly framed in these
- Ensure that all CDVs perform the billing demanded by sales, with integrity respecting tax, labor and internal controls legislation.
- Ensure 100% efficiency in Cia's SOXs controls.
- Ensure Physical / Financial Closing (Weekly and Monthly)
Qualifications:

- Education/Course: Degree in Accounting Science, Administration or Economics complete.
Graduate
- Languages: Fluent Spanish/Advanced English - Minimo
- Office suite domain: Office 365
- With solid knowledge in internal controls, team management, notions of project management
