**Position Summary**
As a member of this team YOU will be responsible to ensure the planning and implementation of E2E Pipeline (Innovation & LCM) strategies for LatAm working closely with the Regional Franchise team and implementation team that includes Regional Supply Chain, Finance, QA, R&D, Supply, Regulatory, and local marketing teams across the region.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead E2E Pipeline (Innovation & LCM) Strategy framework development and implementation, by partnering w/ Supply Chain and x-functional teams, delivering the most Optimized Pipeline in terms of Strategic Fit, Business Ambition and Resources Management
- Lead Innovation trough increasing its relevance as a profitable growth lever by managing and supporting innovation E2E pipeline development to deliver strategic and operating plans, in partnership w/ Franchise, Regional Finance and Local Teams
- Lead Innovation Regional Governance by supporting business case construction along w/ Franchise & Local teams, guiding across approval processes along w/ x-functional team, guaranteeing Strategic Fit and maximum projects Financial Potential
- Develop and Lead Data Governance agenda, focused on Innovation & LCM projects, delivering data quality and data readiness throughout the company Planning Cycles, enabling robust data driven decisions
- Evolve Post Tracking process, governance and tools, acting as the connector of the areas (Local Market, Regional Finance and Franchise) guaranteeing targets are met, visibility is given, and numbers tell the story about our innovations' performance
**Technical skills**
- Business acumen and analytical skills (from finance to product performance)
- Strong strategic thinking to narrow down complexity and connect the dots between the E2E portfolio innovation pipeline (new product launches, product restages, imports, and business continuity plans).
- Proven connect skills to lead by influence while providing a clear "How success looks like" among the complexity of the innovation processes and critical stakeholders
- Strong planning mindset and implementation skills.

**Qualifications**
- _Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Chemical/Industrial engineering_
- _Business Master or postgraduate is preferred_
- _Fluent English_
- _Spanish (Nice to have as you will connect with all LatAm countries)_
- _Preferable knowledge & experience on brand/shopper management_
- _Strong analytical and consumer knowledge, ability to use insights and multiple sources of data to influence decision making_
- _Experience in planning and project management skills_
- _Experience in Consumer goods (preferable in personal care and over the counter products)_
- _Solid financial and analytical experience_
