Portuguese:HALEON is going through a Global Expert Transformation in order to be the Experts' trusted ally in the fight for everyday wellness.The role of BU Expert Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of Expert marketing strategies and tools for OTC brands and cooperation with the BU Marketing, Digital, Tech, CBIA and Medical teams to prepare connection plans for OTC categories in LATAM with a mindset of growth and high performance.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing and deploying the BU Expert Marketing Strategy for OTC categories and brands aligned with global expert programme.Develops Brand Plans for a set of BMCs with LOC input, and in partnership with the BU Marketing and Digital teams.
This includes recommending the appropriate investment levels for Expert to ensure Brand/Brands financial objectives are met in a set of markets.Drives the launch of global Haleon Health Portal and relevant features and develop the Expert media strategy that is reflected the digital ecosystem per set of Priority brands in partnership with the BU Digital team, the BU Marketing team, and with the LOC Marketing teams.Oversees A&P and drive strategic shifts per Expert Transformation Strategy.
Ensures that funds are allocated and managed efficiently for working and non-working media.Leads the adoption/adaptation of relevant content for a set of Priority Brands from Category and Design markets.Leads the creation of assets for a set of Priority Brands when no appropriate assets are available from the Category or Design Markets.Identifies Expert insight gaps for a set of Priority Brands across the BU and develops plans with CBIA to address these gaps.
Ensures integration of Expert insight into Brands' strategies at BU and LOC level.Works in collaboration with BU and LOC medical, expert, training teams, to support creation and planning of training material for LOC Expert Field Force for a set of Priority Brands.Reviews monthly Brand/Brands performance for a set of Priority Brands across the BU and collaborates with BU and LOC marketing teams to identify and approve mitigating actions to deliver Brand/Brands financial commitments and above market growth for sales and prescription.Effectively influences several stakeholders to ensure buy-in to recommended strategies and plans with the support of the BU Expert Marketing Director.Engages and energizes internal and external stakeholders on the Expert strategy and marketing plans for a set of Priority Brands across the BU.Builds powerful relationships with LOC Marketing Managers, Expert Heads, cross-functional BU team and Global Expert Team as appropriate.Identify and share best practices across the LOCs to drive learning and reapplication per respective Priority Brands.Why you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:More than 7-8 years of experience in an OTC company Consumer Health.Graduation in Marketing, Administration, or related fields.Master's Degree is a plus.Expertise in Brand Planning and P&L.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, manage LATAM team, work under pressure, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Diversity, Equity and InclusionAt Haleon, we embrace our diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives, generates curiosity to create unmatched understanding of each other, and promotes fair and equitable outcomes for everyone.We're striving to create a climate where we celebrate our diversity in all forms by treating each other with respect, listening to different viewpoints, supporting our communities, and creating a workplace where your authentic self belongs and thrives.Care to join us?
