Job Description:
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) manager is responsible for providing analytical support for the company's business decisions through detailed financial analyses, forecasts, and reports. This professional plays a crucial role in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis and Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models for revenue and expense forecasting, trend analysis, and scenario evaluation.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate on the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing valuable insights for management and board decision-making.

Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze significant variances, and identify improvement opportunities.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as accounting, sales, and operations to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial information.

Board Presentations: Prepare and present financial analyses and reports for board meetings and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

5+ years of experience in FP&A or related roles.

Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (advanced Excel, SQL, etc.).

Knowledge of financial planning software and ERP systems.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Fluency in English is mandatory.
