This professional plays a crucial role in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis of the organization.Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis and Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models for revenue and expense forecasting, trend analysis, and scenario evaluation.- 2.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate on the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.- 3.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing valuable insights for management and board decision-making.- 4.
Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze significant variances, and identify improvement opportunities.- 5.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as accounting, sales, and operations to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial information.- 6.
Board Presentations: Prepare and present financial analyses and reports for board meetings and other stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or related roles.
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (advanced Excel, SQL, etc.).
- Knowledge of financial planning software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
