Oversee and manage all finance and accounting operations for the organization in Brazil.2. Ensure compliance with Brazilian accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements .3. Delivery Excellence - Develop and implement procedures, and internal controls to ensure smooth service delivery and ensure zero SLA failure.4. Team Collaboration: Lead the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness.5. Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure Rigor in Operations.6. Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making7. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices, conducting regular reviews and assessments to guarantee project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.8. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, addressing concerns, and providing timely support to meet their requirements. Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.4. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Master's degree or CPA/CMA certification preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role5. In-depth knowledge of Brazilian accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements6. Strong Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.7. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to address delivery challenges effectively.8.
