Job Purpose and Impact
The Product Manager (poultry) will design and implement a comprehensive product marketing cycle.
In this role, you will identify market potential, establish pricing and market strategies, estimate potential sales, define promotional activities and handle product through phase out.
LI-EV1 Key Accountabilities
Prepare and coordinate product introductions and updates.
Compile and evaluate research on market product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality.
Coordinate program planning with customers to identify manufacturing schedules, goals, design criteria, costs and similar considerations.
Plan, organize and coordinate assigned programs to accomplish financial and budgetary goals.
Independently handle complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Deliver results through a matrix organization.
Establish strong partnership with the sales teams, and strategic marketing, to enable sales through the commercial team.
Indirect leadership and strong influential skills are required.
Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Veterinary or Zootecnist
Experience in strategy management and/or product positioning and/or marketing cycle and/or commercial sales processes
Advanced English
Desired experience with biotics, phytogenics, mycotoxin binders and enzymes product families
