Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.JOB POSITION: Project ManagerOFFICE LOCATION: Campinas, BrasilPOSITION GOALS:Provide superior Client service.Meet deadlines and targets in terms of schedule & budget.Deliver world-class project management activities.Related administrative process activities, including but not limited to purchase order requisitions, sourcing requests, goods received inclusion, and vendor selection matrix.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:GENERALExecution and implementation of multidiscipline facilities projects.Competent in all phases of Project Management activities including budgeting, planning, design, project milestone scheduling, services contracting of multidisciplinary project teams, conflict resolution, project implementation oversight, and project closure.FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:Budget forecasting and control.PROJECT MANAGEMENT:Provide professional project planning support and management for all assigned implementation projects as well as daily responsibility for all activities executed under their project plan.Ensure quality and timely delivery of contractors during the execution of projects.Provide timely and accurate project documentation and reporting including but not limited to: project meeting minutes, drafting of project work orders, project purchase orders, service contracts and change orders, receipt and verification of appropriate vendor insurance certificates, execution of project status updates, and executing vendor close-out letters.Participate in the creation of documents for the bidding process on project.Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with all client representatives and service providers.
This includes the client people, facilities people, building operations, maintenance, and security.Meet Project KPIs, on schedule, on budget/cost, on scope, and assets capitalization on time.Meet client satisfaction rating above 3 of a possible 5.EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS KEY COMPETENCIES:ACADEMIC / EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, Construction or Electromechanical Engineering.Solid experience in project management and related experience.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferable).Bilingual in English and Portuguese.
Verbal and written skills.Proven analytical / critical thinking skills.Proficient in computer and software applications such as MS Office, MS Project, email, etc.SKILLSProficient planning, organization, and execution of works and/or projects with personnel in charge, external and internal to the company.Excellent teamwork and pressure skills.
