About the roleManage the continual development and deployment of the global quality systems program to facilitate & enable Safety First, Quality Always through Standards, Processes, Data, and Digitalization.
What would you do?Digitalization: lead the execution of designated use cases.Statistical Quality & Continuous Improvement: lead deployment of specific initiatives.Document Management System: maintain system structure and content to embed best practice & meet the needs of Kerry, our Customers, and other stakeholders.Performance Measurement and tracking: develop, execute & report relevant metrics and KPIs with targets that deliver standardized FSQ performance insights.1 Kerry Plant System: ensure playbooks are up to date & relevant to Customer and business priorities; and continue to add value.Maintain Subject Matter Expertise for the relevant ICT platforms (SAP, Intelex, EPM, etc.).Maintain the Global Systems program master schedule.Collaborative approach: develop close relationships with regional systems teams and other stakeholders through regular formal and informal contact.What will you need to be successful?BSc/MS degree from an accredited institution in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nutrition, or other related science discipline. Higher degrees advantageous.8+ years of experience in food safety in the food and beverage industry.Increased focus and understanding of Customer quality expectations.Develop and deploy programs to leverage data and apply statistical analysis to improve product quality.Continued implementation of digital innovation to solve problems in priority areas.Continue evolution to use of more leading metrics.Ability to lead, delegate, and influence cross-functional teams and strategies at multi levels within the organization.Experience in Quality systems (RCA / CAPA).Advanced in Spanish and English.
