**Function Purpose**:
All issues regarding Human Resources, Administration. Acting directly with the board to provide the best solutions in the areas of training, people development, performance evaluation, engagement, recruitment and selection, preventive administration, corporate documentation, labor obligations, support to the legal department, contract administration, among others.
**Function responsibilities**:
- Support the director in administration and human resources management, following HQ guidelines.
- Admissal process
- checking the documentation and include in payroll system.
- Dismissal process ? calculations
- issue the TRCT, CAGED
- Monthly salary calculation ? vacation and 13th provision ? prepare the report to be included in SAP SYSTEM- Included the payment in RH ? Master
- Payroll monthly obligation ? Issued, check and send the SEFIP to the government.
- PAYROLL TAX ? Issue all the tax related payroll (INSS, IRRF, FGTS, Union l Contribution).
- Third party administration ? control and pass all the information to Third party
- check the monthly invoices to be paid ( excel report)
- Benefits control (Meal allowance, life insurance, dental insurance, health insurance etc.)
- Vacation control ? prepare the calculation for payments.
- All Obligation to the government
- E-SOCIAL ? all obligation
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection process
- Responsible for attending internal and external audits for the HR and Administration departments.
- Updating of corporate documents: social contract, CNDs,
- Monthly sending of payroll documents to account
- Development and implementation of SOP in accordance with the HQ request
- Provide support to the board in issues related to labor legislation and its updates.
- Request and monitoring of the work visa of expatriate directors.
- Annual BUDGET, presentation and monthly follow-up.
- Annual negotiation with the class union
