A posição de Gerente de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento - SAR é um componente importante de nosso time de Recursos Humanos localizado em Guarulhos.
Role purpose :
To design and implement learning processes that enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance to drive organizational success and competitiveness.
This role collaborates closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs, develop relevant curricula, and deliver high-quality learning experiences that support the organization's strategic objectives and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities :
Training Needs Analysis:
Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps, performance issues, and development opportunities within the region.
Prioritize training initiatives based on organizational goals, operational needs, and budgetary constraints.
Curriculum Development and Delivery:
Design and develop engaging and effective training programs, courses, and learning materials across various formats (e.g., instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, blended).
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
Execute annual training plan.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars as needed.
Continuously evaluate and enhance existing training programs based on feedback and evolving business needs.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
Manage and maintain the organization's LMS, ensuring accurate tracking of training completions, certifications, and compliance requirements.
Analyze LMS data to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Budget & Vendor Management:
Build and manage regional L&D budget.
Research and evaluate external training providers, consultants, and subject matter experts for specific training needs.
Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure quality and cost-effectiveness of outsourced training solutions.
Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and maintain training metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on business outcomes.
Analyze training data and present insights to stakeholders, including recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proficient in English (written and verbal).
Experience in learning and development, or training roles.
Proven expertise in designing effective training programs across various modalities.
Project management abilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and related software tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
