The Regional Value Chain Quality Excellence leader has the primary responsibility of leading the development, maintenance & continuous improvement of our Regional Quality Management processes focus on our Supply Chain network whilst ensuring compliance, enabling consistency across the regional network, and leveraging global expertise.
As leader of the Regional Quality Centers of Excellence within Supply Chain, is responsible to provide the framework for execution of strategies and the oversight of implementation tactics, leading the development and implementation of procedures and protocols that ensure the quality processes and standards are continuously evolving the reliability and responsiveness of our Supply Chain network to deliver trusted products that will delight our customers and consumers.. Works with close partnership with Make Excellence and other Strategic functions constantly looking to collaborate and implement improvement projects which maintain or improve product and process quality.
Among the main responsibilities, must provide project leadership, process design and presentations in its pursuit and execution of key regional business strategies.
Champions the needs of global and regional partners managing projects and initiatives to develop and introduce new processes & improve existing ones closely aligned with the regional quality and supply chain strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the Value Chain Quality Organization who must constantly pursuit the development, maintenance & continuous improvement of our Regional Quality Management processes
- Orchestrate teams across key functional responsibilities elevating the reliability, responsiveness and excellence of our Supply Chain network throughout introduction of new processes and improvement of existing ones to achieve desired results in an effective and timely manner.
- Using statistical tools to build analysis and provide insights from quality data that allows management to make strategic decisions, i.e.
: creation of an executive summary; use of PE tools and concepts to analyze/drive process improvements as appropriate
- Act as a key function of the Consumer Supply Chain Quality Governance Model that develops E2E continuous process improvements thru strategic programs and initiatives and related metrics and reports, leading the function over the network in Latin America to ensure flawless roll out and execution
- Elevate Quality capabilities on the region (systems, process, and people) working closely with all Quality Excellence members within Latin America to drive standardization & simplification and ensure collaboration with the Regional & Global Quality teams.

- This position may **require** up to 25% domestic and/or international travel.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree and proven experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, OTC Drug, Cosmetic and/or Food and Dietary Supplements Industry
- Detailed / Solid understanding of cGMP requirements and is preferred.
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills, self-awareness and adaptability required.
- Experience and demonstrated skills in navigating in a matrix environment, managing complexity, collaborating across boundaries and influencing without authority required.
- GMP experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, OTC Drug, Cosmetic and/or Food and Dietary Supplements Production is preferred.
- Master's Degree or higher is preferred.
- Process Excellence I Six Sigma Certification or equivalent preferred
- Advanced Quality Engineering knowledge and Statistical and analytical problem solving preferred
- Fluency in English / Advance
