POSITION SUMMARY:- Implement the strategies and human resource policies of the company, managing part of the following processes: compensation, benefits, training, development, labor relations, recruitment and selection. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide support to leaders of the areas in situations that require knowledge of technical and / or use of people management instruments.- Lead the development and implementation of succession planning actions and enhancement of leadership.-Facilitate the proper administration of personnel management processes.- Identify training needs and develop action plans.- Ensure the quality of staff employed by the company, by defining criteria and procedures, managing the process of recruitment and selection.- Conduct collective bargaining process with the unions, together with the legal department.- Implement policies for the implementation of compensation and benefits processes.- Lead the development of initiatives to improve the working environment and the promotion of a culture of high performance.- Implement action plans to attract, retain and motivate talent. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: -Education: College graduates in Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.- Experience as an HRBP- Specific knowledge: fluent English, leadership, communication, persuasion, advanced strategies people management, change management, labor legislation and social security- Skills: flexibility, planning, organization, focus on results, interpersonal, systemic and business acumen.
