Product Manager: responsible to develop solutions focused on client needs and improve existing products to enhance client experience.
Key activities include: identify the needs of target markets for Cash Management products.
Deliver high quality products on a profitable basis through assistance in developing and delivering product strategies aligned with demands from sales, operations & technology.
Major Responsibilities: Determine short and long term product goals and objectives.
Develop and implement product strategies and action plans based on bank goals.
Define product requirements and perform product user testing for new products or enhancements.
Establish and ensure adherence to product quality standards.
Recommend and implement product-pricing changes.
Develop product marketing collateral and customer usage reports.
Compile product profitability and customer usage reports.
Provide product sales training to consultants and line organizations.
Actively ensure compliance with the Bank's Business Standards of Conduct and all Patriot Act, CIP, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, and other regulatory and compliance policies and procedures.
Actively participate in any required corporate and business line Compliance Training.
Typically requires a degree from a four-year college (e.g., B.A., B.S.)
and a minimum of four years of experience in Cash Management.
