We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.
What you'll do: 1.
Provide consumer insight-driven recommendations for business decisions 2.
Develop and execute learning plan priorities for areas of focus 3.
Analyze different sets of research and commercial data to identify and distill insights to support business decisions and strategic plans for our brands 4.
Manage/supervise the design, execution, analysis, and recommendation of insight and analytics projects/initiatives to drive to business decisions 5.
Manage relationships with external research agencies and leverage external insights resources, capabilities, and expertise in order to best serve business requirements What you'll need: 1.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related fields 2.
Relevant experience in consumer insights, market research, business intelligence and analytics or other related fields 3.
Experienced in primary (qual & quant) & secondary research design & execution 4.
Proven expertise on insights tools & methodologies across performance management, brand tracking, communication, innovation, renovation, positioning development 5.
Strong business acumen with analytical and problem solving mindset 6.
Excellent communication and collaboration/stakeholder management skills 7.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage and prioritize between a diverse array of tasks on tight timelines 8.
AI & Digital/Technology experience is a plus What We Offer: 1.
